“Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”

“The staff was superb. Bardo Hotel In was under construction while we were there, so the pool was not operational during our stay. The host was excellent. I want to go back when the Reno’s are done. Breakfast was great. The hotel felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay there again. If I were back in Granada. ”

“Our room (Room 1) was clean and generously spacious with a private outside seating area. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The communal areas of the property are very lovely and well-kept. The lady who cooked breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend. However, a couple of things to note - only by chance did we ask if it was ok to leave the car on the street overnight and we were strongly advised not to. It would have been far more……

“Amazing hotel and staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Front the Front desk, to bellman, the guards just welcoming and nice staff They have guarded parking. Totally safe. I left my tools and camping gear on my motorcycle. The parking lot is perfect for bikers The rooms are huge, showers hot, towels soft. Location is absolutely amazing too. Right across from the central park.”
