“I’m not to sure why this place is so highly rated. The check in was abit of a joke, they wanted me to scan a code then fill all my details in first, which I didn’t realise I was paying a large sum of money to also do their job. The rooms were very dated and worn, constant sound of dripping I’d say the plumping needs sorting. Food I have no idea I didn’t eat there but apparently it’s good I also don’t agree having to put down an amount on check in incase of damage, considering the place looks……

“We were in an annex, not in the main hotel. The room was clean, but the space was very small with the 'bedroom' on a mezzanine floor. The roof sloped so much it was difficult not to crack your head on the ceiling. The bed was a small double. The towels were old and must have been washed using conditioner as they did not dry you after a shower. There was a beer festival on the weekend we stayed and the volume of the music outside was exceptionally loud and even inside the annex with the door and……
