“We had a great stay at Starhaven. Rob and Ian are fantastic hosts, they made us feel comfortable right from the start. The retreat is lovely,spacious and clean. Rob and Ian are knowleable about the Bellarine Peninsula and gave some good advise about the areas attractions. Hoping to be able to go back for another stay next year.”

“Great house and great location. Just a couple of things would make it exceptional by having some shear curtains as house very dark with blinds down and we didn't know neighbourhood so didn't want blind open so everyone could see in. The cleaner did not notice a cup and saucer left in the laundry basin by previous guets. Cup upstairs would be a nice touch as you have supplied a kettle and tea etc. Enjoyable place to stay for the weekend with friends. Thank you”

“Lovely place clean and great Staff”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“It is located near the waterfront of Geelong with shopping malls nearby. The view of the hotel is wonderful.”

“It was nice to see the property potentially was recently renovated. The property was modern and clean. Staff were friendly too.”

“This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful and clean. My skin is very sensitive, this is the only hotel that didn't make me allergic after my stay. Also, the pool was very clean; I could open my eyes in the water without red eyes afterward. The reception service was excellent, and I met a clean staff, Sity (not sure if I spelled right), she was friendly to chat with and showed me where to go when I lost. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I back to Australia next time.”

“Everything in the room are excellent. Car can parked at your front down. Supermarket is on the opposite side of the street. ”

“This is the lowest grade of Best Western we had ever stayed, compared in California, US. But it still meet the lowest average and we all have no negative comment staying there. But Best Western should look better”
