“Absolutely fabulous. This property was so clean and tidy and beautiful decorated.The little bar came with complimentary wine, granola, a fresh loaf of bread, jams and honey,tea, coffee and hot chocolate the fridge was stocked with yogurt juice and milk and butter. This was so good to have because once you get there you don’t want to leave. We had a view of the olive grove and relaxed on the deck as the sun set in the background. “Very beautiful room that I stayed in. Well equipt and spacious, bathroom was large, whole room/ bathroom was very clean and tidy very visually applealung and easy in the eyes. However it was missing a tissue box. Check in was easy. Very safe and secure area. Due to all the rooms having linked split systems it turned off on me 3 times, and turned on once in the middle of the first night and the 2nd night it didnt even turn on and when it did it stated there was an error. "The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
