“Overall the apartment was lovely and everything that was advertised but I was really disappointed with the check in process as not told how to get into building/ into room until we called and they then an hour later sent a email saying that the room is open and key on table.”

“The property was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Check-in was a little clunky at first, but the staff resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciated. The biggest downside was the noise. There is a very busy bar below the property, and you can hear everything. On the Thursday night of my stay, there was a DJ playing from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am, making it difficult to relax or sleep. You can also hear people outside very clearly,……

“Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.”
