- Dog Friendly - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is enclosed for pup-Please clean up after your pup-For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
- Occupancy: 8 People Max/Day or Night - NO PARTIES/NO Gatherings in an HOA
- Parking: 3 vehicles, 1 in driveway & 2 on street in front of fence
