Almost paradise

Absolutely great property to spend the week. Cant beat the view from any room and just sitting on the balcony was peaceful. Condo was very comfortable and ample amenities overall. Would definitely stay again and recommend friends as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! Penny was great with communication.The double access Balcony view of the beach is absolutely STUNNING and Magazine style design with functional space to accommodate to the entire family but also peaceful and spacious for just two…..Anything you could possibly need for your beach stay, she has provided! We loved how organized everything was as well “Just Bring food”or “Just grab a beach towel” was all you needed,…was what we all kept saying. This was a great family trip, for all ages….. I would recommend your stay with Penny @ the phoenix4!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo had a great view of the beach! It was clean and well-maintained. We would have given 5 stars but there was some construction happening during our stay, which was a bit of a disturbance. Overall, it’s a nice place, and we would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Beach getaway

Have stayed here the last 3 years and we love it! Convenient to everything…beach, restaurants, shopping, and Gulf State Park! Our favorite thing besides walking on the beach is renting electric bikes and riding them on the park trails!

Relaxing Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful relaxing time at this great condo. The location is perfect, close to restaurants. The balcony is awesome, the views are amazing! Communication with the owner was great and check in was easy. Amenities are nice. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location was wonderful! The condo is very nice and comfortable with an amazing view! The only issue I had was that we had to wait for 30 minutes after check in time because the room wasn't clean yet. I'd definitely stay again!

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I took a family vacation with our 7 and 4 year old kids. It was absolutely perfect! It was clean, beds were super comfy, and it had a phenomenal view of the beach! Our kids are already asking when we can go back! Loved it!

Very good place to stay. The only 2 things that weren’t good was when you walk in it just has an old kind of cigarette smell and the garbage can must have had something spilled in it and had an awful smell. Other than that, it was a great stay

Cousin Trip
