Shoalwater 403 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. The unit has AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 4th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring are throughout the entire unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a queen sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars are allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Wonderful experience.

Great place to stay

This property is definitely a great place to stay! It was super clean and had a very short walk to the beach. I received a courtesy call the day after we checked in to make sure the process went smoothly, which I thought was very sweet! I would highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation spot

This was a great spot to stay in Orange Beach! Comfy beds, great water front view, plenty of space, great kitchen, and lots of things nearby. We did have a toilet problem the first day, but maintenance was there within an hour to fix it. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Shoalwater condo was very nice and clean. We had no issues during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and beach. Enjoyed cornhole boards at pool. Condo very close to stores and great food. April - ShoalWater 403

Overall the condo had everything that was needed, most importantly it was beach front with a great balcony space. Perfect for a large crowd or just a few. The only complaint was the cleanliness of certain areas. The refrigerator door handles and surface had grim and rust. The doors to most rooms and cabinets had dirty finger prints on them, the area around the bottom of the toilets were in need of deep cleaning. The glass where had this weird coating on them like they were not clean, but even after you washed them they still had it.

Definitely had some challenges

First trip to Alabama for our family of 5, due to covid we couldn’t travel to our normal Florida spot. The condo building itself was great. Building was clean and no trouble getting an empty elevator. At checkin the unit itself had some challenges - dishes left in the dishwasher, fishy smell in fridge/freezer (likely from previous guests but still unpleasant), missing remote, WiFi not working, broken exhaust fan cover in hall bathroom (hanging down from ceiling), couch was gross (also probably from previous guest) and dirty dishes in the cabinets. I will say management was quick and responsive to fix what they could - we searched for the living room tv remote before calling but management quickly brought a replacement and had the exhaust fan fixed the next day. WiFi didn’t work until our last day - the process to fix it required us to call a customer support number and we were not desperate for it so I didn’t bother - sounded like it could take a while on the phone to fix. Nothing worse than driving all night to have to wash other people’s dirt from all the dishes and silverware. That and the couch is why we will not return to this specific unit... the couch was covered in stains. One looked like blood. We had to cover it with sheets to even sit on it. I think the previous guests were likely the cause of some of our issues and the cleaning staff needed to spend some extra time but didn’t. Either way the unit wasn’t clean and we have never had that issue with 25 years of beach vacations. We did enjoy the beach and the pool and again, management was very quick to fix what they could. While we wouldn’t return to this unit we would stay in the building again.

9 of us staying. Great access to beach and surrounding shops and eaterys. Our dryer didn't work well so that part was difficult with 9 people's laundry and wet beach towels. The secondary rooms could use a mattress upgrade. Overall great stay with great amenities.

2nd trip to Orange Beach

The condo had a lot going for it and with a couple upgrades would have been excellent. Nice location, close to everything. Pretty easy to get in and out . The moist air has taken its toll on some of the outdoor furniture and the refrigerator. Having an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room and sauna was a nice touch. Would return agay.

Wonderful Getaway

Mother-Daughter Weekend

Overall, the place was great. It definitely served the purpose of a weekend to relax. The facilities are nice, including the pools. I really loved the easy access to the beach. Although I only worked with them over the phone, the staff was super-friendly and made everything so easy. My only negative feedback, is that furnishings and appliances are starting to show wear and tear. The sofa needs to be cleaned, and the rug needs to be replaced. I also saw active roaches that I had to kill on 3 different occasions, including upon arrival. Again, THANK YOU for a great weekend of reconnecting for a mother and adult daughter!

Not very clean

The place was not clean. Found hairs everywhere, used popsicle stick on balcony, what looked like dry salsa under bar stool, makeup on shower curtains. When we called they said they would take care of it. The only thing they did was bring more washcloths (bc we only had about 5 for 8 people). If you have multiple families you need one more bathroom for sure. All the beds need to be replaced. Extremely squeaky and the bunks did not look very safe to the bottom bunkers.
