“The house was very clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us. The neighborhood was very walkable and the house is super close to the beach which allowed for lots of walking. The host was very responsive and friendly and gladly answered any questions and concerns we had. The website provided when booking also made everything very clear and was referenced many times during the trip as it was so thorough. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay at the beach and would……

“The property manager was not friendly nor helpful. She was very angry with me because I brought my little dog who is my service animal. She made it very clear the only reason she would have a service animal on her property was because it is the law. She told me she would have given us a different room knowing we had a dog. Because other people have allergies to dogs. I explained to her this breed of dog does not shed. She told me I should have called her in advance to notify her of having a dog.……

“The small room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities I could need. The balcony and sea view were great, and a low-tide stroll of the beach was an easy 2-minute walk away.”

“Very good overall. Close to beach. Problems … water took a long time to turn to hot for hand washing and showers. Porch windows would not open… when we got in temp read 78 on the main unit…. Took a long time to get it down to 68. We had a hard time controlling temperature.. There was no lobster pot. You need one.”

“Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.”

“Exactly as described/pictures. Right across from the beach. Very clean. Walls were thin so we could occasionally hear other occupants but the host provided complimentary ear plugs. We did not need them. Pet friendly so keep in mind if you have pet allergies. Overall a great place to stay very clean and close to restaurants/attractions.”

“We had a quick trip. Only 3 out of the 5 of the fam actually stayed over as the others had other commitments and drove home. Little cooler than we hoped but the deck was perfect. After all, it is April. A bit windy but sitting out there with a light sweatshirt was perfect. Even got a little pink from the sun. 😊😊”

“The place was filthy, went to the place we thought was our check in place and they stated our rented was not part of them. So no pools, very hard to find the place, we had 3 adults and were given enough towels for 2, thankfully we had towels for the so called pool. How they can charge a cleaning fee when the place hasn't been cleaned in ages, I took pictures. We actually left early and went elsewhere.”
