All the staff were helpful and courteous and friendly, and despite the fact that our hotel was right on the busiest square in Gettysburg we never heard traffic noise. It was very quiet. "Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out. One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great."
