"Was dissatisfied of the cleanliness and I had insects in the unit along the window seals cobb webs on the patio door, the grill was still on and dirty from prior cooking , so with that being said I had to go to another hotel with this was my first bad experience but I didn't receive any compensation or refund I was very trusting and for sure of this vacation but very disappointed."

"We stayed in the room with the bunk beds, the middle ladder is so wide it makes it a struggle to get into the lower beds. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. Very stiff. It didn’t bother me but if you were older the height of the step into the shower is larger than normal. We checked out a day early. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean, have cash for water the vending machines don’t take card that sells water. The neighborhood seemed very friendly and quiet."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin! The views were incredible and the deck was a fun and relaxing place to hang out. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and variety of outdoor games. The location of the cabin was convenient to Jasper and numerous hiking areas. The cabin itself was wonderful and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend this place! "
