“This by far was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have got pictures. It is terrible. Rat boxes everywhere. I seen a rat running around outside. Paint peeling from the roof. Doesn’t even need to be open half the rooms I don’t even think are working people living there? I should get my money back because this place was so bad metal is coming out the side of the mattress ironing board was all rusty. It was just disgusting never ever ever. This should not be rented out. nobody in the office……

“The property could use a little updating especially the outside but otherwise it’s a great place. Beautiful lake view and fun dock. Host was very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was updated and very nice. The indoor staircase was a little scary and would be difficult to manage for people with mobility issues. Also the rocks on the path to the lake were a little unstable. Overall, however we would go back and we had a great time.”

“Screened in porch with plentiful bird life and big TV for watching World Cup football was great. Daily adventures to hike and see waterfalls are possible with 1-2 hour driving.”
