“Had to move rooms at 1:00 AM when air conditioning stopped working. New room air was not great. This property was definitely not worth the nightly rate they charged! Rooms are extremely outdated, torn up baseboards, and mold in the shower. Terrible!”

“Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.”

“I wanted to like this place, but it fell short in a few key areas. The room was clean overall, but the floor felt sticky, which immediately threw things off. There was also about a 2-inch soft spot or hole in the floor that noticeably sank when you stepped on it, which was concerning.
The elevator looked like it had seen better days too. One side of the door was normal, while the other looked like exposed glue or plaster, like it had lost its backing at some point.

My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason.
