“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. And most importantly, the island itself is just so unreal. Every spot you go, every activities you……

“Great location, close to main area of Airlie beach, plenty of choice of restaurant nearby. Close to pier for joining the local tour to great barrier reef”

“Great stay, from the start all staff made us feel special But ended on a bad note… The departure was not handled well - no one to help with bags, staff member MIA then advised no bag assistance but made a big deal about coming down to walk us to ferry line! For those who need assistance with bags it apparently is dependent on the ferry used for transfer or whether staff can be bothered.”

“酒店适合看海，有一条很文艺范的栈道深入海中。位置离开downtown有一定距离，打车大约8澳币的样子。早餐还不错环境很好，是镇上少数包含早餐的酒店之一。”

“初到澳洲，进入度假村，感觉小小的，还没什么感觉。 在探究一番后发现，附件有个大卖场，离Main street有点远，不过应该基本都是定的day trip，都会有专车来接送，还可以。偶尔想走走海边步道，半个小时就可以到主街，也蛮方便。最最靠谱的应该还是这个village房间可以自己做饭，早饭，晚饭，去附件超市买点食物回来，冰箱保存，很是方便。 屋子外面还有个吊床or躺椅，很惬意。很适合不需要5星标准住宿的朋友，家一样的感觉。还可以找主人来咨询各种问题，各种day trip，主人很努力的帮你解决。记得去之前带点中国小礼物，主人蛮喜欢中国的。”

“整體很棒，可惜我們窗外的風景被樹擋住了一些，但不影響居住體驗，主臥的浴室很大，但浴缸跟房內的距離只有一個拉式木門，很擔心泡澡水溢出去”
