“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. And most importantly, the island itself is just so unreal. Every spot you go, every activities you……

“Room was clean but the bed was hard & uncomfortable - a deluxe room you would think the bed would be soft or at least have a good topper!! The air conditioner was set to 1 temperature, maintenance was supposed to come to fix it but they were a no show & it was cold & windy during our stay. Some of the cocktails at some bars are premix from the tap for the price we paid also very disappointed. This resort has sooo much potential disappointed to see that instead of getting better after Covid it……
