Decently clean room, comfy beds. Staff where friendly and helpfull. Pools were working and warm.

Place was very clean, well stocked with amenities and overall very comfy. We arrived at the end of a blizzard and Gina had arranged to have the snow cleared which was really well done. She is very responsive and helpful when we reached out to her.

We were very pleased with every aspect of the rental property and the rental process. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Ask questions of the islanders! They are friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy talking with passerby or visitors. If you want TV's & Wifi everywhere, don't come to Hecla. It's a quiet provincial park with boating, fishing, hiking, & nature! Enjoy it!
