"I reserved 2 rooms online. When I arrived to check in I was told there was only 1 room shown as reserved. I provided my confirmation number and showed my email confirmation showing 2 rooms I was told there was only 1. The desk manager had an issue with her eye offering no solution. Although I sympathize with her eye issue her lack of customer support was the worst I have ever experienced. I never checked in and I cancelled my reservation going to a competitor hotel. "

"I had the "Privacy Please" sign on the door, yet someone I assume in housekeeping woke me up by knocking on the door in the morning. When I answered the door, I discovered she could not speak or understand English. Why was she waking me up if she couldn't have a conversation with me? I still don't know what she wanted."

"The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late checkout. The room was $90+ Tax and the absurdity of having to pay extra for a late checkout. There have been times where a hotel had already granted to many late checkouts and so they tild me no, but to pay extra? I was on a work trip and i cut my morning meeting short because I was not about to pay 30% extra for an extra hour purely for the principle of the thing. This is a nice property but I will be staying somewhere else next trip unless the greedy management changes this policy. "

"Everything in the property is clean. The food is great. The personnel is also pretty smart."

"Excellent staff. TV was broken the channel changer only worked if put the remote near the TV so you couldn't use the remote in bed or chair. Otherwise lovely stay"

"The breakfast was amazing! They had build your own breakfast tacos. Everything was very fresh. The eggs were NOT those frozen, reheated, watery things - they were delicious. The room itself was acceptable, nothing fancy. Great for business travel. The pool was cold. They allow pets, and one of them peed in the elevator. I notified the front the desk, and they had someone clean it immediately."
