"Shout out to hotel staff member Brent who was upbeat, kind, and helpful. Beds were so comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Would definitely choose this Fairfield again!"

"Had NO microwave, dirty bathroom wall, wouldn’t set in desk chair because how dirty it was, no night stand on one side of bed - used ironing board for phone and eye glasses. Went down for breakfast at 6:15 and nothing was out. No coffee pot in room. "

"Room was the worse I have stayed in. Bathroom door would not close. Shower head was broken. Low water pressure."

"Fairly clean but not as clean as in the past years I’ve stayed there. Housekeeping was good but front desk put us on a floor where people complained about noise and we travel with grand kids and I always ask to be on a floor with other people with kids so there won’t be any issues. The restaurants are excellent and the slots and games are good but the building needs some upgrading or remodeling. Overall C+ but last year was a B+, year before that an A-."
