“Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x”

“Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. ”

“Only stayed for one night for a last minute weekend away, didn't need or expect much, usually stay in branded hotels but they get boring so went for something different. This studio was lovely. Huge bed, Amazing shower! Didn't need to use it but there's a full kitchen, fridge freezer, oven, everything you'd need. We stayed in studio 5 on top floor; tower view from the bed, sea view to the left at the window. Lush soft carpets, spot on cleanliness and fancy decor. Got what we needed; a bed for……

“Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again”

"The location is great and nearby the ferry pier.
But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered scrambling egg with smoked salmon toast, they said no more but I saw other customers have it, I thought smoked salmon and egg are very common foods in a hotel restaurant, I wondered why they can tell me no more stocks.
I just can say this hotel not worth for money, they are overpriced.
Staffs are not really friendly. "
