"Stayed here for a girls’ trip. Food and drink were good, Service and staff attitude were inconsistent. Some were very helpful while others had to be reminded of various requests. The grounds were nice but the website photos made it look better. The pool and rooms were misleading, outdated and disappointing. Very family oriented with lots of kids but TV channels were spotty and no option for streaming. Few shops and options within walking distance for restaurants, bars, etc.. "

"The staff was amazing and beyond kind. We never made it to breakfast as we were always coming back late and sleeping in. The pool area needs some attention. My son went in once and didn’t want to again because of all the little things floating on the water . The room was clean and smelled nice . Spacious enough . Washroom door had many scratches from the inside. "

One side Of shower door is stationary forcing you to Get wet in order to adjust warm water Had to wait at least 20 ntentmin for a drink at bar as Only 1 person acts as waiter and bartender Excellent TV set and good room service. Starbucks in hotel a plus!"

"Staff was amazing and so friendly. Promptly had maintenance at our room when we informed them the bathtub drain was draining slow/clogged. Clean rooms, great pool and hot tub area. Very welcoming, very safe environment."

"The breakfast was good if you ordered whatever you wanted but took forever to come. Also the breakfast buffet didn't have much variety and no gluten-free bread unless you asked for it. Also huge problem with elevators, they took forever to close the doors and to arrive at your floor. Even though it wasn't busy."
