“KK at the front desk was so accommodating at check in. Fast, easy, check in. Arrived later than I had anticipated due to traffic conditions and needed to get checked in and on my way to an appointment. KK got me checked in quickly and efficiently and on my way to my appointment! Have stayed at this Sonesta many, many times and plan to in the future due to their great customer service and clean rooms and facilities. Thank you KK and Sonesta for a great travel experience! 🤗”

“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”

“One of the nicest resorts we've stayed at either for couples (any age) or families! So much to do right around hotel. 3 pools (one adult only on 11th floor with own bar and huge patio overlooking ocean). Highly recommend the JWB steak house at Resort. Rooms and lobby are beautiful and employees are amazing and happy and friendly. Will absolutely go back to this Resort. ”
