"The hotel was clean and the breakfast options were typical Holiday Inn Express type foods. The staff could have been more helpful. The shuttle runs until 9pm. You call the hotel and request pick up from the train station. One night we called multiple times for shuttle service and ended up paying for Lyft because no one would answer the desk and yes, there was someone there when we returned."

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful although I had to go back down at checkout to ask about the food / beverage credit after I was told it would automatically be applied when I charged the restaurant check to the room. I would stay here again as I liked the hotel overall and the location was in a nice part of SoHo."
