Little did I know I would come across a beautiful home for a great price. I also got to meet Paul he is a great guy and has great communication skills!”

The only complaint that was said is that some of the dishes were not clean that was pulled out to use but we washed them. Shannon is a very helpful and understanding. “This was such a cute little place! So quiet and peaceful. There’s a waterfall nearby and you can hear it from the back porch. Lots of deer on the property if it’s quiet. Plenty of things to do nearby. Especially if you enjoy hiking. We are not pro hikers so we just stuck to some of the easier trails. Sewanee and University of the South is definitely worth checking out as well. Stunning! We loved our stay here and the host was super sweet and very communicative! Will be back!”

“The attention to detail in obvious from the moment you walk in. Not only was the home absolutely spotless but well decorated and equiped with guest needs inmind. The master bathroom was stunning to say the least. Beds, couch and tub all comfortably designed. If i could give this pla e 50K stars, I would. I highly recommend and i do plan on returning my self no doubt.”
