Hilton Head Island Beaches Vacations from $420

We were blown away when we arrived. We were met at the door by Carl. He is a super nice person and helped us so much. Front desk were also nice and helpful.We booked the 2 queens bedroom. The beds are four poster (mahogany I think) and were beautiful as well as comfortable. Our tv screen was huge. I’m guessing 65 or 70 inches. It was very quiet. The bathroom is also large. With 2 sinks. Shower was really good too.The hotel is a short walk to the river. They don’t serve breakfast but Quinn’s is at the back of hotel. I highly recommend them also. There is a parking garage across the street. I think the charge is about $34 a night. We will definitely stay here again.

Went to check in, first room hadn't been cleaned and there was dogsh!t in the floor. They gave us another room and it was...ok. Check the microwave, apparently the cleaning staff do not. There was food in it at least a week old. Would go back to Tybee, probably would not stay at the Sandcastle Inn again.

This was a great spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an easy walk to the river walk and historic areas and there is a free shuttle organized by the city with a route nearby the hotel.

Large space in a brilliant location. Very comfy bed and pillows. Noisy air con and a fair amount of noise from outside and other guests. There was no bedside table or light on one side of the bed. The floors were very dirty and the kitchen tap was incorrectly fitted. Small things I know but not the attention to detail I was expecting for the price paid. There were no channels on the tv only casting which isn’t much use when you’re from abroad even when using a vpn. I had an unexpected $250 charge put on my card the day before we arrived. I understand why they might want to do this but surely there should be some mention of it.
