“We had a wonderful stay in an oceanfront two-bedroom suite at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Oak Resort in Hilton Head. The location truly can’t be beat right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They graciously allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated, and our early checkout was smooth and hassle-free. We also received great local recommendations along with helpful coupons, which added even more……

She replied, we cannot provide you with the wifi because your stay was booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel. Very dissatisfied, while everything else was okay.
