Wonderful Stay

You can tell the owner is proud of the home. She is very caring and responsive. The home was decorated nicely, extremely clean, and well equipped. Even had ample coat hangers in the closet! Little things like that mean a lot. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy it.

HHI stay

Everything was exceptional. The only thing that I didn’t like was having to pick up the parking pass. We stayed at those condos three or four times and the parking pass was always on the table when we got there. Especially since we drove 14 hours to get there, but the place was absolutely beautiful just like described.

We had a fun and relaxing family vacation.

The Coast is Clear was just like the pictures! The property was very clean with up to date and comfortable amenities. We took a pleasant walk to the beach from the residence with our one year old son in hand. The commute to the rest of the island was short as well, and the pool right outside was relaxing and quiet. My son’s first trip to the beach was memorable.

Great if you have a pet

Sweet, updated property. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. Owner thought of everything. We need a rental that allowed us to bring our little dog and being that the unit was on ground level it was very convenient to take out for potty breaks. Would stay there again.

The Coast was Clear in Hilton head

The villa had everything that we could need during our stay. The walk to the beach was not far at all. It rained the last day of out stay but a rainy day at the beach is better than a good day anywhere else.

Homey Condo just minutes to the beach

Pamela’s condo was a home away from home! Beautifully decorated with all of the comforts of home and just a short walk to the beach! The condo had everything you needed for a short or long stay and the pool was just right in the backyard! Convenient to coffee & bakeries , shops, and yummy restaurants! Plus, it was also super dog friendly which are golden retriever absolutely loved. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Amazing stay at “The Coast Is Clear” villa in Hilton Head S.C.

We had such a great time at the Villa. The condo was beautiful and the check in process was so easy. So much to see and do on the island from biking, walks on the beach, and amazing restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay and we definitely hope to come back.

Home Away from Home

Comfortable and relaxing, excellent for us and the dogs. Enjoyed Folly beach every day and the walking paths. Explored the lighthouse area, Tanger Outlets, Reilley’s was a great spot, and outdoor eating/live entertainment areas. Enjoy!

Lovely HHI Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!We are a couple, so we did not take advantage of the additional sleeping opportunity. The apartment: comfortable size, good light, overall quiet, very tidy and clean. Nice selection of kitchen cookware. Updated bathroom is great, too.Visited in Feb/March, so the pool wasn't key for us, but it looks inviting. Unit and beach are both dog friendly. We walked the beach every day with our dog; you can stroll to the beautiful beach in about eight minutes.The unit location is first floor, and ground level means no steps! Pam, our host, was very responsive. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

We loved this place!

Beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Lovely layout with a shaded backyard and a separate private patio. Super comfortable bed and a great shower head. The area is pretty and very quiet and only a four minute walk to the nicest beach, yet very close to the main road that gets you everywhere. A gracious, responsive and helpful host. I would definitely come here again and would recommend it to anyone I know. Walking to the beach that last morning to watch the sunrise was the perfect way to end our stay.

Great Stay

Great trip with our dogs!

The property was just as described. It was a short convenient walk to the beach on sidewalks. There were plenty of areas to walk the dogs. The condo was older but beautifully remodeled. It was a great spot to stay with our dogs.

Good and quiet neighborhood. Well maintained! Last time we stayed in Hilton head it was not great in terms of cleanliness, this stay was very clean. Found a gem at Burkes beach. Very quiet for our little family. Pamela’s place is ideal for a small family!

Hilton Head Redux

23 years ago Nancy and I brought our family, daughters, spouses and grand children to Hilton Head for a weeks vacation every year for 6 years running. Now that it is our 60th anniversary we decided to revisit those pleasant memories. We weren't disappointed at all. Although much has changed, what is clearly visible from the main roads hasn't changed very much. This vacation rental went a long way to making our stay enjoyable. The unit itself is very nicely furnished and has top notch appliances, The bed is probably the most comfortable of any of our previous rentals and we travel a lot. The location is easily walkable to a great beach and close to good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The host, Pamala, is very responsive to questions and provided excellent stay instructions and local information. We highly recommend this retreat and hope you have a great a time as we did.

Relaxing vacation at the villa.

The one bedroom villa is very clean, well maintained and had new appliances. The pool on the property was very relaxing and quiet. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and many walking trails. Pamela, are host was great. We really enjoyed are stay!

Loved our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was very clean and in the perfect location. You’re steps away from the pool and just a quick 5-min walk to the beach. Pamela was very easy to work with and very responsive. The villa was perfect for our little family. We brought our dog which was such a treat. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Easy, Wonderful, and fun!

Wonderful property and hostess (Pamela). She was responsive, helpful, and answered all questions. We had never stayed at this community and loved it. Som the community was so cute, tucked away, and we had such a great experience! The condo was everything as described, and a perfect size for a family of 3. Walk to the beach was an easy crossing the road and not difficult at all. I walked With a broken foot in a boot and was super easy! Thank you for a wonderful week away!

Fantastic condo in great location

We go antiquing and thrift store shopping and we love Hilton Head. Food is great especially Skillets and Frankie Bones. Dolphin tour was fabulous. Steps from pool made it so very nice. Not crowded. Wonderful time. Thank you

Cozy Condo Hilton Head Retreat

Very clean and cozy retreat on the north (quieter residential) end of Hilton Head island. Cost value was exceptional, in that the condo is in a nice quiet little community about a 3 minute flat walk on sidewalk to the lovely beach, so it was very convenient but less expensive than a hotel right on the beach. We LOVED a one story bottom floor condo, and never heard the neighbors on either side or above. Short drives to good restaurants and grocery. Condo has two patios to lounge outside, one looking out on backyard and nice community pool, and the other a small fenced in patio for privacy, with an umbrella table. Gas grill on back patio. Modern kitchen utilities and style - small but laid out well for function. We liked the modern and wide shower with a "rain head". Modern W/D. A/C worked great. The owner Pamela is very responsive and thorough on questions and communications, gracious lady. We have all intentions to be back - as often as possible. Note to visitors: The Folly Field public beach there in summer has large umbrellas for daily rental, and they come each with 2 wood chaise lounges; beach staff assemble and put it all up and take down each day. First come - first rent, ~$35 per day. You can rent ahead for however many days you want. We loved leaving our beach tent and chairs at the condo and just taking beach bag and backpack cooler for all day beach fun and relaxation. Lisa and Greg (stayed 4 nights June 6 2024).
