My experience with RED hotel

The hotel is in poor condition rooms desperately needs upgrading Staff poorly trained and lacking leadership picks and chooses which customer to be nice and friendly prices of food and especially drinks sky high. Definitely wont be staying there ever again

Room was never cleaned in one week i stayed there even though i requested it no clean towels had the same ones all week. Breakfast didnt have once as only traditional ie ham vegetables . We had a suite with 2 rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, a bar fridge and washing machine. The view of the marina was lovely and we had 2 nice balconies. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were lots of nice restaurants near by.
