The customer service is by far the best we have EVER received at any stay at any hotel the we have been too!!!! The staff is amazing and super friendly!! Always had smiles on their faces:) We would definitely book here again!!!

Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City is aesthetically beautiful, with a modern and thoughtfully designed atmosphere. The location is excellent for what we needed to do. I appreciated being within walking distance of Reading Terminal Market, which made exploring the area convenient. Valet service was smooth and quicker than expected. Although I was told it could take up to 30 minutes, my car was brought around in under 10, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short, especially for the price. At nearly $900 for a two-night stay, I expected more in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The room, while stylish, felt small and wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was visible hair in the shower and on the soap bottles, which was disappointing. The design, though clearly intentional, just didn’t resonate with me in terms of comfort or functionality. The hotel also felt overly crowded during my stay, which made the common areas feel less relaxing. For the cost, I was hoping for a more elevated experience overall. In the end, while there were positives, like the location and valet service, the value just wasn’t there for me. I don’t believe the experience matched the price point, and I likely wouldn’t return at that rate.
