“The room and lobby were reasonably clean and the A/C worked well. However the sink faucet needed repair and some of the pillows were old and stained. Breakfast was decent, though the juice machine was out of at least one juice both mornings. Our biggest complaint is with the pool. We chose this hotel because the pool looked great for our 4 year old, however the kiddie pool was out of order and was still full of stagnant water. “Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited.”
