"The hotel is very nice, and the staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but there was really no disruption at all, especially from about 5:00 p.m. onward. The normal dining area was unavailable, but the team did a very nice job with food service. By the way, the food is good, and the folks serving it are great. We had two unusual issues during our stay. First, a medical emergency (my wife is a doctor), so we had to cut our stay short by one day. Management was very understanding and accommodating. Second, we left two pillows in our haste. The team found them and is returning them to us. So they went above and beyond. We highly recommend the Drury in Greenville, SC!"

"Had some issues with the room but they were minor. The door was difficult to close and lock without having to lean against the door to lock it. The upper lock was loose (safety issue). The grab bar in shower also needed some tightening. For the price, I thought it would be better. I did enjoy my stay though. Just pointing out a few things that could easily be fixed checking between guests."

"we loved the hotel, it was much quieter than others we have been to. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only flaw I have is the refrigerator didn't work, you have to been real up close to the tv before it will change channels, and the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. Beyond that it was a very comfortable stay."
