Want the best of both worlds? Quiet and seclusion, but close to everything? Rustic charm with modern amenities? Crestview Cabin has it all. Built in the 1940's as a summer project by a father and his two sons, Crestview Cabin is pure hand hewed cedar log charm with a contemporary twist. The space has been thoughtfully renovated to include a fully stocked kitchen and luxury bath. Tucked away on a side street, the cabin offers quiet and solitude nestled in the historic village of Eagle River. Lakeside dining at the Fitz, strolls on the beach, access to trails are all within easy walking distance.

A wonderful place to relax!
This cabin is in a great place. We loved being able to walk to the Lake Superior each night or even to sit up on the hill right in front of the cabin. The cabin was clean spacious and had everything we needed! We had such a wonderful stay s as nd recommend it to anyone who would love to get away.

Perfect quiet getaway
Very cozy and exceptionally clean! Lake is a short walk and can be seen from the property (view requires climbing a small hill). The location is wonderful if you want to disconnect and are willing to be 15-20 minutes from grocery stores and tourist attractions without going rustic. The modern bathroom is a huge plus!

What a wonderful stay. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for and what we settled right into. It had everything we needed and simple at the same time. Location was perfect - close to the lake, hiking, exploring, and OVR trails. It was hard to leave. Can't wait to come back again.

Charming Cabin in Eagle River
This was our second stay at this charming cabin. It’s the perfect place to stay while exploring the Keweenau. The interior is beautiful with a well stocked modern kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and the view from the hilltop chairs in the evening. We had windows open in the everning for fresh air and it was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the oversized shower and comfortable bed. The owner provided breakfast items and fresh flowers in the kitchen and bedroom. Wonderful. It was our favorite place to stay on a 9 day trip in the Upper Peninsula.

The cabin was clean, beautifully updated, well stocked, and more private feeling than we had anticipated. The host left delicious welcome gifts and communicated clearly and timely. It was the perfect place to spend our 12th anniversary as we explored the area! Now we just want to know how to get on the waitlist for 2024 =)

Perfect spot
We had a great visit. The cabin was spotless and perfect for two. We really enjoyed relaxing on the Adirondack chairs up on the hill! Location is great, close to all the sights on the peninsula. We walked down to the beach both nights to hunt for rocks and watch the sunset. One suggestion is to make reservations if you plan on dinner at Fitzgeralds! Or anywhere else, as they all were booked. We had a great time, and are looking forward to visiting this property again!

Perfect Cabin!!
This cabin was absolutely perfect for our 25th anniversary trip!! So clean and spacious and had everything you could think of needing. I loved the special touches like leaving the light on for us since we were coming in late, the welcome basket of goodies, and everything we needed for a fire in the fire pit overlooking the lake. Virginia was a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely be back

This was the second time my wife and I stayed here and it’s perfectly cozy for two people. Clean. Just the right amount of supplies for comfortable stay. The shower is a dream. Love the quick walk down to Lake Superior and The Fitzgerald restaurant.

Great cabin with all the little touches!
If you are looking for a great place for a couple to stay in the Kewanee Peninsula, look no further! This cabin was updated absolutely spotless, and great place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing and hiking! We were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of local goodies - bread, syrup and coffee! I am a stickler with cleanliness and this cabin was spotless! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and I loved the rain shower head! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
