“No communication with the property owner. VRBO associates was useless. Had to rent a hotel. Nothing was covered or reimbursed by VROB and the guarantee was a sham. VRBO staff was no help. Check in was 3pm; didn’t check in and had no help. We were stranded for over 12 hours in the car.”

“Property is great. Beds are comfortable. Great kitchen. Two living areas. Plenty of room to spread out. Location is awesome with numerous restaurants, bars and a grocery store within close walking distance. The only downside is the upstairs of this house is leased to others. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear them at night. Would definitely rent this place again.”

“As a first time vrbo guest I found this apartment to be the perfect place for my visit to nola. Semi-isolated and yet steps from the bustle of Magazine St. It was very clean, neat and easy to settle into. The host was extremely proactive and helpful. “I cannot express how unprofessional this owner is!!! I booked this trip the week before coming to New Orleans only to find that my stay was cancelled due to unavailability on their part!!! How something be available, you book it only to be told now that it’s not available I think it was done after I told the owner was a girls trip and then mine was cancelled. Just needed a place to stay not party we are all over 50 and just wanted a nice place to sleep.”

“House was very nice. Good neighborhood, close to grocery stores. Set up of house was good. Overall most of our group was very happy with the accommodation. My sister and sister in law are clean freaks and were unhappy with the cleanliness. There was some things that could have been dusted a litte better and a good mopping. “This hotel is an older but recently renovated place. The restaurant food is fantastic! I was alone and would be heading to my 45th HS Reunion. I was put in a room towards the back of the hotel. Next door was a group of men partying already at 4:00pm. I didn’t feel safe & called to be moved to a room that I would feel safe returning to after midnight. Once in that room, I felt safe right away & it was much quieter. ”

“On checking in, my friendly hostess was warm and welcoming. She directed us to the complimentary snacks, coffee, juice and water; and though it was fairly late she had just made fresh coffee for other guests. In room 211, the place was luxurious. There were a lot of towels in the bathroom, the mini fridge was really cold and clean; beds were firm yet comfortable with 3 pillows each. I found the pressure was wonderful in the shower and it drained quickly. ( I hate standing in slowly draining……
