The shopping area to the north on Huahai Rd was a 10 minute walk. Definitely a great location. Staff was excellent, very helpful."

"Everything was perfect. Firstly the room. The views absolutely incredible. We could not sleep for hours just looking out at hoth the Pearl oriental and Shanghai tower. The room was huge along with beautiful bathroom with equally great views. The location of JW marriott is excellent. Subway station at peoples square 5 minute walk away. Along with easy acces to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly and professional. They really took pride in providing a high standard of service. "

The concierge we used to pass on items to a third party laundry we give were super helpful. The receptionists were well equipped with helpful information in both English and Mandarin. Super easy to communicate. Would definitely stay again!"
