"We had four adults and two children so we requested the room with two queens and a pullout couch. When we got there there were no sheets/blankets etc for the couch in our room. I went down stairs and requested them and the response was really confused. First he only brought me a sheet. Finally I got the items I needed but there was only one pillow left. Also there were only two towels and two wash cloths in the room. There were no hand towels. I had to get more so people could shower. It was just not a smooth stay. "

"There were light bulbs burnt out and there was no breakfast as advertised..Probably wouldn't stay at this property again.."

"Had a terrible experience with the booking. Won’t stay in your hotel again. Hotel itself was fine, but did have an issue with the front desk clerk not answering the phone. In addition to terrible service with Best Western reservations. "

"Room was okay, clean enough. Towels in the bathroom had black spots, shower has seen some better days, missing grab bars, scuffed and stained tub. Air condition worked, however it brought in all the smells from outside of the room (perfume, food, weed). Bed was comfortable but could have been better, well slept in. The staff was great, she was very kind, checked us in and got us extra blankets. You get what you pay for. Good stop for quick overnight stay on long drive - not the most luxurious or quite but it gets the job done."
