“I used to think that Hampton Inn was a hotel where you would always receive the same standard of service and maintenance. Clearly, that’s not the case. I travel a lot for my business and usually stay at Marriott properties. But, I hadn’t stayed in Hilton properties for a while, so I decided to try some again to see how they compared. The standard that I assumed is no longer that same standard. This particular hotel is in need of a major facelift, and there are some issues with the staff. The……

“The condition of the property was awful! Garbage and cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Pool needed vacuuming. Hallways smelled like Marijuana. No sign on the front of the building so I wasn't sure if I was at the right place. The room was clean, but not well maintained. Loose toilet seat, loose tub faucet, and extremely slippery tub. Would not stay again.”

“Beautiful, well cared for grounds, including a lovely little chapel. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant on the property is very convenient, the food is good, and the staff are very nice and welcoming. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to this area.”
