"Staff was helpful and responsive and kind and went above and beyond at both ocean st and Hyannis harbor inn. The front desk staff was willing to do all they could to make it a great and easy stay. Jonie and David of the front desk staff were definitely multitasking and helping many people have an easy welcome without making anyone else feel like they weren’t being taken care of. Amazing and kind! They would make me come back if I was able to work with them again!"

"This room was a bit of a splurge for our family, but worth every penny! The staff was warm and helpful. But the room and the pool were the true gems! Spacious room overlooking the pool and the marina, we could not have asked for more! The room easily sleeps six, with one well appointed bathroom. The heated pool is spectacularly clean, sparkling blue, and deep, and we spent an entire comfortable afternoon enjoying it. We also stopped by the fire pit at least once each evening, as there is comfortable seating and an incredible marina view day and night. Breakfast was rather “continental,” but really perfect for the whole family, as they could grab and go or sit and enjoy. Very classy property. You can tell it’s been around a good long time, but it has enjoyed some recent updates and upgrades, and all made for a very comfortable stay!"

"Not in a Rt.28 motel anymore. Property and hotel were immaculate. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Plenty of bath products. Was a great getaway stay. 2 pools and surrounding areas were very clean. Always nice to have a restaurant and a lounge in the hotel. Only complaints no microwave. Other than that will gladly return. Special shout out to 2 ladies at the counter which assisted me in our check in. I believe their names were Sarah and Theresa."

"Inexpensive for the area. Short walk, about 10-15 minutes, to ferry terminal. Ate at Spanky’s and lobster roll was overloaded with lobster. Room was large, bed comfortable, and shower pressure good. Didn’t use pool but it looked inviting. Continental breakfast in morning with hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties. I would stay there again in the future. Parking onsite too."
