The check in was ackward. When we first arrived, the door was locked and the Ring did not answered. We got in after someone showed up. The TV worked but none of the Roku channels were active accept for a free movie channel. Breakfast was donuts, cereal, waffles, fruit and drinks. Not bad nothing special. The room was quite comfortable, clean bath, no hair dryer available. Eric was quite friendly and helpful. There were very nice places to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

Great place

Loved everything about this place. It almost felt like staying with friends, with the level of hospitality they showed us, but at the same time we had total privacy. The room was impeccably clean and all of the linens/towels smelled great. Very close to the IMS and Main St in Speedway as well, so there are lots of shops and a great pancake house 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Indy next.

Decent place to stay

The Speedway legacy Inn was a nice place to stay. The pros: cleanliness, quiet, and most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. The cons: I was expecting breakfast and all there was, was cereal and muffins for food. The reviews had said “home cooked breakfast”. I would stay again because I did receive fast response when I had concerns regarding the room (Tv remote, refrigerator). I would recommend the property owners invest in mini fridges for the rooms as well. That would have been super nice as I was trying to spend as little as possible on my business trip but ended up spending a lot of money on food.

The atmosphere was good and fairly clean. The towel holder and toilet paper holder screws were coming out of drywall. They only give you a towel, washcloth and hand towel for each person and no one there to ask for more. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but shower door leaks water on floor and no extra towels to clean it up. The biggest downside was the water did not get hot. Only lukewarm which made you cold with the air on. I never saw the breakfast that was supposed to be offered. But it was right at 8am so maybe it wasn’t ready. Overall it was quiet and a good place to stay.

Check in and check out was easy. Bed was comfy. The toilet wouldn’t stop running, and it was hot water so when I used it in the middle of the night, the entire seat and lid were all sweaty. No washcloths with towels? Found that odd. Not a great place, but not bad either.

Had a few things we disappointed with. The blinds in bathroom and bedroom we felt did not give the appropriate privacy. We had a Jacuzzis in our bathroom, my daughter played vollyball tournament all day and was looking forwarded to relaxation in tub. Not enough hot water to turn on jets. Very disappointing. The fridge did not work but freezer did so we just put all our foid in freezer. Disappointing as well. Great location and safe area.

Upon check in we were greeted and staff was friendly overall when they were around. The floor was dirty and there was even a wrapper on the floor. Only a bottle of conditioner no shampoo and the conditioner was a refillable one. Thankfully there was 3 of us as the bathroom door slides but you can get it open with some muscles and a prayer but even then you probably need help. I am 5 foot and thin and barely fit in the shower. TV doesn’t work without a code which they don’t give you at check in. A fridge but no microwave. Handsoap was clearly watered down. Breakfast was danishes, cold cereal, and granola bars all purchased from a warehouse store. That’s fine I don’t have issue with that but no milk and no one around to ask. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable so if you only need to sleep… quiet neighborhood. We stayed in a double Queen.

Room and common areas could be cleaner. For example, there were 3 dryer sheets in the bedding, there was a bit of trash in the room, and the bathroom sink needed to be wiped off. Property otherwise was good.

This place was a nice large home with a bunch of different sized rooms. It was clean and well taken care of, but a bit dated. It could use some upgrades in a few places. The shared bathroom had the basics but nothing special. I didn;t see any staff but knew that coming in. I took care of myself and had a nice night's stay. There was a small breakfast nook there in the morning with bagels, oatmeal, waffles, juice, milk, and a few other items. The price was great for a very nice room that I only needed for a good sleep. I would definitely go here again.

The property was not an hotel, I don’t why you guys have it listed… I did not even stay at the place. I end up when the a different hotel that even cost me more money. The owner call me I told her the reason I didn’t stay at the place.

Misrepresented as hotel

Not so good. Met at locked door by unfriendly mgr. Questioned before allowed entry. Room reserved DID NOT HAVE BATHROOM. It is a large HOME being used as a motel, not a commercial hotel with proper facilities. Not comparable in any way, but cost was basically the same after added fees.

I never received information with instructions for checking in to this establishment. A housekeeper leaving called a property manager (after my call went to voicemail) and he informed me check-in wasn’t until 4. My paperwork said 3 but I had no information on how to get in. Housekeeper had left the front door open for us. The manager gave me the other information.
