When we first arrived, the door was locked and the Ring did not answered. We got in after someone showed up. The TV worked but none of the Roku channels were active accept for a free movie channel. Breakfast was donuts, cereal, waffles, fruit and drinks. Not bad nothing special. The room was quite comfortable, clean bath, no hair dryer available. Eric was quite friendly and helpful. The towel holder and toilet paper holder screws were coming out of drywall. They only give you a towel, washcloth and hand towel for each person and no one there to ask for more. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but shower door leaks water on floor and no extra towels to clean it up. The biggest downside was the water did not get hot. Only lukewarm which made you cold with the air on. I never saw the breakfast that was supposed to be offered. But it was right at 8am so maybe it wasn’t ready. It was clean and well taken care of, but a bit dated. It could use some upgrades in a few places. The shared bathroom had the basics but nothing special. I didn;t see any staff but knew that coming in. I took care of myself and had a nice night's stay. There was a small breakfast nook there in the morning with bagels, oatmeal, waffles, juice, milk, and a few other items. The price was great for a very nice room that I only needed for a good sleep. The pros: cleanliness, quiet, and most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. The cons: I was expecting breakfast and all there was, was cereal and muffins for food. The reviews had said “home cooked breakfast”. I would stay again because I did receive fast response when I had concerns regarding the room (Tv remote, refrigerator). I would recommend the property owners invest in mini fridges for the rooms as well.
