During our trip the water level off the back deck was about waist high. We were able to hang in the water and enjoy each other and the surroundings. “This has been my favorite home to stay in! They provide kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles and gear, and the pool and hot tub are pristine! This place has all the amenities of being home and is roomy enough to host 2 families (or more!). We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly be back! “We had a wonderful time at the Boss Farm. Viktoria was very helpful and quick to answer when I text her. Besides a wonderful cozy cabin and peaceful serene surroundings the home made breakfast was absolutely marvelous. Big you stay you have to get the breakfast at least one morning. We brought our boat and kayaks. And spent the weekend on the water Rainbow River, Withlacoochee and Crystal River. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend ”

“Very nice, comfortable home! Had a nice pool and lots of pool and river toys (we didn't really use any river stuff but kayaks and stand up boards were available). Interior has an extra refrigerator downstairs, which we took advantage of. Master bed was very soft (not my liking but my wife loved it). Downsides: Outside could use some landscape work like trimming and clean up. The dock was very tricky for my 22.5' boat. No lift (there is one but it is inoperable), so we had to……
