“⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Misleading Listing Photos & Thermostat Issues We stayed here this weekend while in Gainesville for a soccer game. The apartment itself was clean and generally fine for a short stay, but there were two significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the listing is misleading. The primary photo shows a brand-new, modern six-story luxury building. That image strongly influenced my decision to book, as it gave the clear impression that we would be staying in a newly built upscale……

“Loved the neighborhood, there’s a Southern romance that surrounds the house. There was thought put into the decor and selection of books and furniture. Our host was wonderful, it’s peaceful and the garden is lovely- Enjoy!! ”

“This place is great. The house is nearly new in a really nice modern neighborhood. House has all the amentities needed and even some extras provided by the host. Great communication and easy access to the building as well. We stayed in Gainesville as it is nearly the halfway point between our home in Tampa and my Daughters current home at FSU. We met here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family together. Next time we need a halfway stay location for certain this will be my first choice!……

“Nice, cozy place just as described inside. Loved having the king size bed in the master and a kitchen for cooking. Peaceful location close to where we needed to be. Enjoyed bird-watching all the cardinals gathered in the yard. Jessica was very accommodating and had excellent communication. ”

“Very large, clean house, stocked with everything you could possibly think of needing!!! Easy fast communication with Host. Very family friendly and has lots of games for the kiddos to stay busy. Definitely would stay again if in the area. ”
