“I love this property for its simplicity. Perfect little get away cottages. The pool area is nice, the rooms clean and comfy. The Lollipop Cafe attached has fantastic food at reasonable prices. ”

“Fire alarm beeping all night after I asked twice to be looked at. Pool was not available because they said it was too cold. Outdated facilities. ”

“Room 239 The toilet didn't flush. The TV remote didn't work. The AC didn't cool the room. Furthermore, there was a dog that barked for an hour before we complained. Overall, I was very disappointed.... Which was the complete opposite of my last booking there.”

“The property was close to Fort Island beach, Three Sisters Spring, and the small hunters beach which is in Crystal River. The property was clean and easy to check in. Honestly, the property was close to everything you would need such as grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. ”

“Yes parking was right in front of your room. Pet friendly. Owners are great, Debbie went out of her way to make sure everything was good. There still working on the property because of Hurricane Helene & Milton. We felt safe & comfortable. It's an older Florida style motel. We will go back nxt year.”

“A great little hidden gem. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. If you are looking for a ritzy high rise this is NOT for you. If you want a great value, spacious and clean room, quiet location and a very unique swimming experience Kings Bay Lodge is the place for you. We plan to return.”

“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”
