"The water temperature was pretty awful. The shower was cold and the only time I got cold water from the faucet was first thing in the morning. There was no room cleaning, I was there from Sunday night to Thursday morning. Very unhappy with my stay."

"Breakfast was tended by a friendly happy woman. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Housekeeping person in hallway was helpful when we required additional items. Elevators not great. But we do not have mobility issues so we were fine. "

"I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds."
