"Pool and hot tub was excellent "

"Not really liking self check in without staff. No one to handle a situation, or get supplies if needed. Been nice to have more coffee or at least decaf. Machines didn't work to get water, sodas. Pool area was very clean and updated. Our bed was to soft sunk in. Decor was ok and updated. No chairs, had nice area with a few dishes. Like refrigerator, microwave. But didn't offer much food items in machine. Snacks. Liked parking."

"Perfection"

"No breakfast items that were supposed to start in the summer. Need to have larger trash baskets for garbage in room. Especially if cooking in room. More Kleenex in rooms. Not just bathroom. Channel TV guide printout would be nice."

"We were surprised to find out the bed was a queen when it was advertised as a king in the description. Also, didn’t expect the cleaning list upon our check out"

"There were no curtains in the room upon entry at 2pm on a Saturday in mid-July 2026. I asked the front desk host in person two times to fix it and he promised it would get done before we got back later. When we returned at 8pm, still sunny outside mind you, the curtain was not up"

"There was one big problem with our room, and a lot of things that were not major problems, just annoying. This place used to be a run down Days Inn. I know that because I stayed in it once when it was. The major problem is it still REEKS of cigarette smoke and something they used to try to cover the smell! Annoying problems were the lack of outlets (only two that weren't being used and they were loose so plugs would keep falling out), no bedside tables with lamps on either side, so we had...

"Overall it was ok but the code to get in didn’t work and I never got a response. Someone who worked there ultimately showed up and gave me a code and then she told me it was the code for the entire building. I don’t think she should be sharing that information. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of that"
