“We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready!
It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!!
We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00.
We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on.
I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair.
We were not impressed at all!”

“Check in was a problem they didn't know about my stay.... I had to email booking confirmation. Shower room is too tiny, only one bath towel. Air-conditioner not working...
Breakfast setting is a joke 😭😭 juice is warm, their quality of is really disappointing.... The noise.... The pool area is too close to the room I was in and the conference room oh my word the noise from the people using these facilities, the sheets and towels are not changed. In totality I regretted ny choice of……

The beds were amazing - great mattresses and pillows, better than many top hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were generous.
The property is immaculately maintained by both gardening and household staff but it is not modern by any means and could……
