"Although clean they have an issue with roaches. I did kill three babies and one adult. I checked my bags before leaving. I also informed staff and basically they were not surprised. The thermostat didn't work in my room, the Hot tub was closed znd pool ice cold. No explanation at all. "

"We were kept up most of the night by people playing music and having loud sex next door. I am not sure if they were loud or the fact we had a room with an adjoining door. After an hour plus we called the front desk to complain. The guy told us if they were having sex they should be done soon. I told him it was going on for more than an hour. He told me I could call the police. Two hours later, still playing music and having loud sex. The front desk attendant knocked on their door to ask them to keep it down. They basically told him to go away and then he told them we were threatening to call the police, Great for him to put us in that position. Went down in the morning and the young lady was nice but basically the message was you get what you pay for. We even offered to move to another room, but they were full. They seem to get a lot of local clienteles on the weekends. I would not suggest going there with your family/kids. If you do, take your light noise machine or get the app on your phone. Aside from above, cleanliness is sub par and many odors."
