“This place is incredible. The room is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning. We were fortunate enough to be in room 3 on the second floor with big windows looking out at the mountains. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Fernie. Would highly recommend!”

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself……

“Super clean, great service, cheap snacks, great amenities, decent location, comfortable rooms, good beds and pillows.”

“In room jacuzzi valves wouldn’t move at all. Bathroom door only opens 3/4 of the way do to silly curved shower rod. Whole place needs updating. Nice location.”

“Lovely setting by the ski hill/ bike park depending on the season (check dates as to what is open). The one bedroom suite was quite spacious and loved it had a balcony. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Was surprised at the bike storage being basic racks in the underground parking area, not the most secure. You’re not allowed to bring bikes or ski equipment into your room. Would expect a better system ( eg individual lockable storage units… had that at a hotel in Whistler BC) given Fernie is such……
