“A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and……

“The profile page says that this cottage has shower. But, actually not. They only have a public hot spring where you have to shower with others without any privacy. And the cottage don’t have bed. It’s Japanese traditional style of tatami ”

“ログハウスは本当に素敵で快適に過ごせました。 家族6人でも広々で備品類も充実しておりました。 ただお風呂が古かったので、少しだけ残念でした。 また、山奥なので携帯が圏外でした。 Wi-Fiもありますが遅く、少々不便でした。 宿泊料を考えれば大変満足できる施設でした！”
