"搭南海電鐵下車俊，步行大約5分鐘，不用上落樓梯，行平台直達，方便。鄰近Seacle大型商場及outlet，還有免費shuttle bus去Aeon mall，但要留意時間表，最後回程時間是5點幾。還有免費機場巴士。如果行程上需要在機場住，這酒店值得推介。"

"15 min walk from JR Shinjuku station and there is a underground passage straight to the station. We checked in at around 10pm and there are a lot of guests checking in. The reception is very impatient and rude that made me feeling bad. May be he is tired but as a service industry, he should keep on welcoming and polite. We encountered earthquake on 23 Aug 2am, the hotel kept on announcing in Japanese and only announced in English after 15 min. Housekeeping staff is nice and hotel provided a lot of beauty amenities in the room and you can also get more on reception floor. We tried the bath salt which is nice. The room is very small as usual."
