“I had to switch between rooms. I reserved Suite room at first and it was unfurnished, very old, and was depressing. Next day I switched to Deluxe and it was okay in room color but still unfurnished. Transportation is inconvenient if you don’t have internet and Uber app. There is no Taxi at all in the town! Staffs have English Language barrier and they would rather avoid conversation. There is no breakfast at all even though it is mentioned on Expedia site. In general, not suitable for……

“The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due……
