“Excellent hotel. But it is a hotel with a standard hotel type room. No refrigerator or microwave. Very comfortable and right in line with what you would expect at West Point.”

“Free parking was great. Microwave and fridge in the room were great. Office desk in the room and a small table for eating were great. Breakfast was very poor. There was only a scraped out porridge pot left when we got there every day. They never made enough for all guests. The pool is by a busy noisy road, unheated. The A/C in the room produced stinky air. The pillows were chunky. The mattress is hard with springs you can feel. The TV was very old. Nowhere to hang clothes or put your toiletries……

“Perfect getaway”

“We loved our stay! The decor is so welcoming and we loved the heated bathroom floor! We were lucky to get snow and a crew came out and shoveled the driveway, front porch and walkway and salted. Sarah was very responsive and the house is well supplied. We hope to come back and use the lake in the summer..”

“Tiny shower and toilet. Sink was outside the small bathroom which was nothing like we had ever stayed in. No drinking glasses in the room. We had to go to the coffee station in the lobby to get cardboard cups.. No apologies for this. The overhang to the front entrance was badly damaged and looked as though it had been like that for some time. The breakfast was stale bagels and weak coffee. Never again! I recommend this place to no one!”
