"Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them "

"Oak & Barrel was a great place to stay for a weekend on the Bourbon Trail. Close to downtown and well located for heading south to bourbon country. Rebecca was very responsive and the house was neat & tidy and well stocked. "

"My room and the staff were absolutely amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. One thing that I didn’t realize is that you have to request housekeeping services if you are staying for several days. No fault of the hotels though. I just didn’t know. However, I will for sure to be back to my hometown and when I do, Derby City is where I’ll be staying!"
